Description
NIHONWELD SUGARHARD 90 is a premium spray-type hardfacing electrode engineered for demanding sugar mill roller maintenance and resurfacing applications. Designed with an aggressive spray arc and excellent penetration capability, this electrode allows efficient application even while the mill is in operation.
The electrode deposits a highly abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant hardfacing layer that improves the grip of crushing rollers on sugar cane. This enhanced traction increases the quantity of sugar cane processed, leading to higher extraction efficiency and improved sugar production.
SUGARHARD 90 is ideal for extending the operational life of sugar mill rollers while minimizing maintenance downtime in heavy-duty industrial environments.
