Description
NSS-316L is a premium low-carbon austenitic stainless-steel electrode specifically engineered for welding 18/8 Mo grades, including AISI 316, 316L, and 317.
Its weld deposit provides excellent corrosion resistance, especially against pitting, crevice corrosion, and intergranular carbide precipitation, making it a reliable choice for critical stainless-steel fabrication.
The electrode delivers a smooth, stable arc, high deposition efficiency, and self-peeling slag, reducing post-weld cleanup time. Finished welds exhibit a slightly concave, clean appearance, suitable for both butt and fillet welding applications.
