Description

N-7018 is a heavy-duty low hydrogen SMAW electrode formulated to deliver reliable, high-strength welds for structural steel, pressure vessels, heavy fabrication, and general engineering applications. Its iron-powder-enriched coating boosts deposition rate, providing faster fill and increased productivity without compromising weld quality.

The weld deposits exhibit excellent toughness, high tensile strength, and remarkable crack resistance, making the electrode ideal for jobs where consistent performance and certification compliance are essential.
Engineered for smooth operability, N-7018 maintains a stable arc, creates minimal spatter, and ensures clean, self-lifting slag, reducing cleanup time and enhancing welding efficiency.

To maintain quality from warehouse to jobsite, each batch comes in vacuum-packed, moisture-protected packaging, preventing hydrogen pickup and extending shelf life.
