Our flexible swan neck (bendable gun barrel) is the ultimate problem-solver for welders who regularly work in confined spaces, around complex geometry, or on pipe and structural jobs where a fixed neck just won’t reach.

Built with a special multi-layer copper core wrapped in high-temperature silicone rubber, you can hand-bend this neck to any angle you need – from a gentle curve to a full 90°+ hook – and it stays exactly where you put it. No tools, no heating, no spring-back. The internal liner path remains perfectly smooth, so wire feeds without any extra resistance or bird-nesting.

Used daily in shipyards, boiler repair, truck frame welding, robotic fixtures, and anywhere standard rigid necks force awkward positions. Welders love it because it saves time, reduces fatigue, and gives perfect torch angle control for cleaner, stronger welds every single time.
